Ascend Elevator Inspection Service provides a range of services related to elevator safety and compliance. All AEIS Inspectors are Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) licensed.

• State required 3rd Party Elevator Inspection.
AEIS will conduct thorough inspections of all types of elevators, including hydraulic, traction, machine-room-less, Lifts, and escalators. During the inspection, we check for safety features, mechanical wear and tear, electrical systems, and other safety-related issues related to code compliance.
• Testing and Certification:
AEIS also witnesses tests being performed on elevators by Elevator, Alarm, and Generator companies to ensure tests are completed correctly and safely. This may include witnessing full load tests, Fire safety tests, and Generator tests. If the elevator passes all tests, AEIS can provide certified inspection reports to the necessary state and local government, building owners, and maintenance companies showing the elevator is safe and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Code Compliance:
AEIS is well-versed in the codes and regulations that govern elevator safety. We can advise building owners and managers on the requirements for elevator installation, maintenance, and repair, and help ensure that their elevators are compliant with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Consultation:
AEIS can also provide consultation services to building owners and managers. We can advise on elevator selection and installation, help develop elevator maintenance plans, and offer guidance on how to improve the safety and efficiency of elevators.
